Precautions for transportation of medical exhibits
1、 Dangerous goods and bulk cargo transportation
If you need to transport dangerous goods to participate in the exhibition, please abide by the rules of IMCO and FAF and remind us as soon as possible so that we can make corresponding arrangements. If you need to transport large goods, the size is more than 5.0M X 2.3M X 2.5M, and the weight is more than 3 tons, please contact us in advance and provide the booth plan.
2、 Packaging
Exhibits shall be packaged in rainproof and moistureproof manner for long-distance transportation, repeated loading and unloading and repeated packaging. Valuable exhibits shall not be packed in cartons.
3、 Customs clearance
A. Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Exhibits:
1. Before the opening of the exhibition: All exhibits shall go through the customs clearance procedures before the opening of the exhibition, and the exhibitors shall provide the customs with a complete declaration list to ensure the smooth customs clearance.
1) Exhibitors shall fill in the attached exhibits list as required: a. The contents shall be true and accurate, and words with unclear meaning and uncertain quantity shall be avoided. b. The distribution and abandonment of exhibits shall be filled in separately. c. The customs declaration list requires signature.
2) Exhibitors are not allowed to open the package of exhibits without the permission of the customs.
2. During the exhibition:
1) Exhibits cannot be moved out of the hall.
2) Valuable exhibits should be taken good care of during the exhibition. If they are lost, the customs will levy taxes according to the regulations.
3) Exhibitors shall consult with the customs before distributing small gifts for consumption (some exhibits shall pay customs duties).
3. After the exhibition:

A. According to the customs regulations, the exhibitors shall provide instructions on the return, sale, consumption, distribution and abandonment of exhibits before the closing of the exhibition to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the exhibition
B. Brochures, charts, audio tapes and video tapes shall be provided with samples ten days before the opening of the exhibition. Their contents can only be distributed after being examined and approved by the customs
C. Publicity materials distribution: Publicity materials (such as plastic bags, keychains and other small gifts with low value) can be distributed duty-free with the consent of the customs before the opening of the exhibition in principle. Small gifts with high unit value, such as calculators, watches, can only be distributed after taxation
D. Exhibits sold: Exhibitors shall provide the list of exhibits and the sales contract of exhibits for customs inspection. In case of labor, machinery and other related expenses during the inspection, the exhibitors shall pay
E. Hand held Exhibits: After arriving at the airport, exhibitors should take the initiative to fill in the declaration list and declare hand held exhibits to the customs in order to assist exhibitors in customs clearance
4、 Imported packaging/coniferous wood packaging/non coniferous wood packaging/non wood packaging
The China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau requires that all coniferous wood packaging exhibits from the United States, Japan, South Korea and the European Union must be fumigated at high temperature. The original fumigation certificate is required to be submitted to the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau along with the goods for inspection, and the copies should be faxed to the designated logistics company in advance. For non wood packed exhibits or exhibits not loaded on wooden pallets, the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau requires to provide the original non wood packing certificate issued by the exhibitors and submit it to the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau together with the goods for inspection. The copies should be faxed to the designated logistics company in advance. For non coniferous wood packed exhibits, but the packaging materials contain wood materials or the exhibits are loaded on wooden pallets, the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau requires that the original non coniferous wood packaging certificate issued by the exhibitors be provided and submitted to the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau together with the goods for inspection. The copies should be faxed to the designated logistics company in advance.
